While we do not offer refunds for purchased treatments, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. In such cases, we may offer the following options:
• A credit note may be provided in the event of a valid family medical emergency or illness, upon receiving official hospital documentation as evidence.
• A refund may be considered only in cases of medical contraindications that prevent you from safely proceeding with treatment, upon submission of a GP note or medical evidence.
Once a treatment has been booked, started, or received, it will no longer be eligible for a refund. Additionally, refunds cannot be issued for missed, late, or unattended appointments, but rescheduling may be available in line with our cancellation policy.
